You can retrieve your username or password at any time from the login data recovery page:
- go to the following address: https://www.compilatio.net/identification
- click on "Forgot your Compilatio password?"
- then enter your email address
- click on "Send" to receive your new password at the specified email address
If you have multiple Compilatio user accounts associated with the same email address, you will be prompted to choose the account for which you wish to retrieve login information.
For security reasons, all Compilatio users' passwords are stored in an encrypted format. We thus cannot provide you with your old password. Therefore, a new temporary password will be sent to your inbox. When you sign into your account using this temporary password, you will be asked to choose a new one.
