Thu. 16 September 2021 15:00 - External authentication
More information about institutions using external authentication with CAS, LDAP, CAS/LDAP or Shibboleth:
Shibboleth authentication
As a reminder, this type of access is not yet operational.
Restoring this authentication is now the priority of the technical team.
In the meantime, users can connect to their Magister account by name from the login page of our website.
To do so, users must first go to the login page ( https://compilatio.net/identification/ ), and request their login information by clicking on the link provided: "Forgot your Compilatio password?"
Once the login information has been received by e-mail, the connection to the Magister account is made by filling in the form visible on the identification page ( https://compilatio.net/identification/ ).
CAS, LDAP, CAS/LDAP authentication
If you had specifically authorised the IP addresses of our servers in the configuration of your CAS or LDAP servers, this parameter must be updated.
The old IP addresses are :
- 94.23.39.12
- 188.165.209.117
to be replaced by the new IP addresses :
- 37.187.90.19
- 94.23.251.165
- 46.105.99.121
If this is not the case, please check that everything is working properly and contact support at support@compilatio.net if this is not the case.
Mon. 20 September 2021 14:00 - Incident ended.
The technical team has just restarted the whole service including all the software functionalities as well as the different types of external authentications.
