Description of incident
On Monday April 6, 2026, a heavy platform load coupled with a misconfiguration generated a data overload in memory that rendered a NoSQL database unavailable. In parallel, the platform has an automated system that blocks functionalities as soon as a component essential to proper operation is unavailable. The following functions were therefore blocked during the period indicated:
- document analysis
- user import by facility manager, via csv
- loading .zip files
The technical team is currently investigating the cause of this misconfiguration to ensure that it doesn't happen again.
Impact on customers
The Magister, Magister+, Studium and Copyright analysis requests were pending for around 26 hours (from April 6, 2026 10:20 UTC+2 to April 7, 2026 12:37 UTC+2). All were completed successfully.
For users who have attempted to import multiple users via csv and/or uploaded .zip files, please repeat your action.
