Use of Compilatio via a plugin is compliant with GDPR regulations, as is the use of Compilatio via the traditional online interface.
Nevertheless, it may be noted that Compilatio's integration plugin in a platform connected to the Compilatio API does not send any information that could identify which user of the platform has requested an analysis (anonymisation). All requests from the platform are seen as one single user from Compilatio's perspective. The storage (or not) of the content of documents sent by the platform is managed by the teacher when creating their folder. It is possible to delete existing documents through a specific interface which can be accessed by the institution's Compilatio subscription manager, or by Compilatio's Support team (support@compilatio.net). No processing is conducted on the personally identifiable information that may be contained in the analysed documents. Access to the documents, their content and analysis reports is limited to authorised users from your platform.
Information about Compilatio's compliance with GDPR regulations is relevant for Compilatio users using an educational platform, as well as for other users. This information is available at the following address: https://www.compilatio.net/en/GDPR/
