Compilatio statuses of a document
The "Waiting hourglass" status ('pending' in the database) is the initial status for a document when the Compilatio plugin begins processing it. The document stays in this status until it has been sent to Compilatio.
Files are sent to Compilatio by the '\plagiarism_compilatio\task\send_files' scheduled task. It is visible in the list of Moodle's scheduled tasks:
- via Moodle navigation: Site administration > Server > Tasks > Scheduled tasks
- adjust the URL:
- The task's last date of execution.
- The frequency of running the task.
- Failure time has been applied to this task.
If the documents are still in the "Waiting hourglass" status, this means that the last task for sending files was not completed correctly. You can access the task logs by clicking on the task's "document" icon (to the left of panel 1).
If the task failed, the failure time may have changed in value, thus delaying the next run of this task. A 'Delete' link, located below this failure time, allows you to delete this attempt and run the task at the frequency defined in panel 2 of the above image.
